The Jubilee Foodbank delivers food parcels to referral agencies. Therefore, the store is not open to the public. Please see our donation points in the shopping list page. For large food donations, please contact us on the email above.

We are all volunteers at the Jubilee team with other responsibilities. Therefore, we do not have a direct phone number. Please use our email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For referral agency phone calls, we are open between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Food parcels are usually provided on the same day or next day, and by 5pm. Please ring as early in the day as possible for an urgent parcel.

We are not open on bank holidays or weekends.
